Core Power & Flexibility for Performance
This class is open to all athletes looking to increase flexibility & performance. It is open to both youth and adults. First class will include Fitness Assessment.

This class combines cardiovascular & weight bearing exercises in a station based format that focuses on improving strength, stamina & core.

Girls ages 9 – 13 are encouraged to sign up for this program that will focus on elements of fitness, nutrition and overall wellness.
