What is Powerfitness?

Powerfitness is a fitness program combining cardiovascular exercise with resistance training designed to build lean muscle mass, increase your metabolism, and result in weight loss body shaping, and an increase in self-confidence.  It also includes elements of yoga, which is important in creating flexibility, core strength, and a mind body connection.
